Service engagements

All drone services are provided under a separate written agreement that defines the scope of work, deliverables, accuracy specifications, pricing, scheduling, and terms for that engagement. In the event of any conflict between this website and a written agreement, the written agreement controls.

Flight operations are conducted in accordance with FAA Part 107 regulations and applicable airspace authorizations. Scheduling is subject to weather, airspace, and safety conditions, and we reserve the right to postpone or modify flights when safe or compliant operation cannot be assured.
